Be bold, everywhere be bold, but be not bowled over.

Bold : fearless and daring
Bowled over: To be totally surprised OR to be knocked down

Be fearless, be fearless wherever you are, but do not be knocked down (either physically or emotionally)

IT is hard to work out the exact meaning - I think this sentence is essentially intended to create humour through the fact that 'bold' and 'bowled' sound the same.
