Hi there

Can anyone tell me what this sentence means?

I know these words individually but can't figure out the meaning of the sentence.

To my best knowledge, 'looot' is not an English word.

This would seem to mean diarrhea, but it's an awkward way to refer to it. Depending on the context, it could mean other things, for example, something similar to: "his legs got wobbly" or "he got butterflies in his stomach" or "his head started swimming."
