Bottom lower right-hand corner need commas?

Does the phrase "bottom lower right-hand" need commas? You can insert the word "and," and so I'm thinking yes, it does. You could say bottom and lower and right-hand corner. What do you think? I'm a court reporter. Please answer this question. Please answer to me at Email Removed. Thanks.

Example: See the stamp incorrectly affixed to the bottom lower right-hand corner of the envelope. There are no commas because it is not a list of descriptors, it is one specific location. Actually bottom and lower are redundant.
