Bothering call

Hi everyone,

What do we call the action in which we call someone inorder to irritate that person on the phone?

How about ringing somebody's doorbell and then runaway inorder to irritating that person?

Do we have such words in English?

Thank you in advance,

Iman

Yes, this is what my 13 year-old calls it. He knows children in our neighborhood who do it.
