Bother or feel hesitant.

Hi! everyone.Could you tell me ,whether these two mean the same in this context?
I am saying this to my friend who is on chat with me. Actually this is our first meeting on web.
Me-If you are busy anytime when I want to talk to you or when I say Hi!.
Don't bother to write this short code( tbsy) which means (I am too busy)
I will not bother you anymore. OK.
Now my question is,does "bother"(colored) mean "feel hesitant to..."
What could be more better ways to say this(Don't bother to ..)?
Thanks!

I think you intended to write "hesitate", not "bother".

Don't hesitate to ... ~ Feel free
