Both their hair

Washing your two kids hair at the same time. Is it correct to say:

I washed both their hair at the same time.

Thank you

"hair" is uncountable in "wash one's hair", so "both" (which is used with countable nouns) doesn't work. I washed their hair at the same time is OK. CJ
