Both or each?
My parents........have a mobile phone.
A) All
B) Each
C) Every
D) Both
I think 'd' is the correct answer, but my teacher says 'b' is the correct answer. Is he right?

b is good, but d is also good. Both of my parents have ... would be a little better if you really wanted to use 'both' (even though that is not one of the choices).
