Both of you? you and him

hello,

I am trying to say that I will respond to both persons in the same email (the one sending the email and another person, Tom, copied in the email)

Should I say:
I will write back to 'both of you"
I will write back to "both"
I will write back to "you and Tom"
I will write back to "Tom and you"

Thanks,

Sofia
