Both fine?

A: How many boots do you think are enough?
B: I think 45 pairs will be enough.
C: I think 45 pairs would be enough.

I think both responses from B and C to question A are fine, right?

Just to be picky, the question should be "How many pairs of boots..." Otherwise the answers don't exactly respond to the question.
