Both~, as well as~

Contrary to what one might conceive in their minds before watching this classic horror movie, it should be said that Clive Barker has delivered us a real gem of a horror story, packed with intensity, both emotionally, as well as physically.

I'd like to know I use the structure "both~, as well as~" in place of "both~and~", with a coma or without a comma at the center of the phrase.
Thank you in advance for your help.

park sang joon the structure "both~, as well as~" in place of "both~and~", It is actually substandard, even though it is common enough among those who care little for grammar structures.
