Are both acceptable in spoken English? How about written English? Thanks, Fulvio
1. I will play golf with Bill this afternoon.
2. I will play golf this afternoon with Bill.
Both are OK in written English. In spoken English it would be I'll , not I will . In both kinds of English you are more likely to see and hear I'm (I am) going to play rather than I'll (I will) play .

Though both are correct, I prefer the first one, if that matters to you.
