Both acceptable?

Are both acceptable in spoken English? How about written English? Thanks, Fulvio

1. I will play golf with Bill this afternoon.

2. I will play golf this afternoon with Bill.

Both are OK in written English. In spoken English it would be I'll , not I will . In both kinds of English you are more likely to see and hear I'm (I am) going to play rather than I'll (I will) play .
