Born with a silver spoon in their mouth

In some Spanish speaking countries there's a saying similar to the one in the topic title: "nacido en cuna de oro", which literally means "born in a gold crib".

Are there any other idioms in English to convey this idea?

Thanks.

Hi

I think the 'silver spoon' saying is the most used. I researched some obscure ones from the UK and they are ...

- Toffee-nosed
[= as if wearing a tufted cap that displays an educational award but not one that has been earned by study]

- Hooray Henry
[= Someone who shouts Hooray! when his rich friends do so and has little else to contribute]

- Trust-
