Which one's correct?
I'm born is Alavi hospital.
Or
I was born is Alavi hospital.
?

Obviously, you need a preposition here (at,in) rather than a verb. "is" is a linking verb , which connects a subject to a predicate.

He is a teacher.
He is clever.

'is'' was a typo.

the problem is 'am '.'was' and why?

Yes, it must be "was" because you were born at some time in the past, so "was" simply reflects that fact. Some other languages, including mine, can use "am" in this particular phrase.

Also, as a I think we have all the rights to use 'born' as an adjective.Then, why not use 'am'?
