border or extremity

Can you correct please?

I live on/at the border of the city/the southern extremity of the city.

Is extremity used naturally in the sentences? How would you say the few sentence?

I live on the extremity of the city not the center of the city. I don't know where the street is exactly. All I know is that it is in the center of the city. I could take you to the ball park of it. You can ask from there.

Thank you in advance

Hi I wouldn't use extremity there - I live way over to the south of the city - quite a few miles south of the city centre. I don't know where that street is exactly, but I know it's in the centre. I can take you near to the centre and then you'll need to ask someone else.
