Your Manager must go to an uncalendared morning meeting in Central Delhi. He called you

at late evening expressing he needs a business space to be reserved in his favoured Hotel

with Presentation Equipment’s and so on and furthermore to arrange a working lunch. You

call up the Hotel and realise it’s sold out, in what manner will you get this done?

Facts and comments: In the US, the phrase"Uncalendared meeting" is uncommon. Also the term" business facility" is not clear. Do you mean " a large room for a seminar " or a conference room with a long table with conference and projector equipment?

Your Manager must go to Central Delhi for an unscheduled meeting in the morning. He called you late last night asking you to reserve a conference facility with presentation equipment and luncheon at the designated hotel where he frequents while on business. When you called the hotel, you learned that the conference facility had been booked and unavailable. How would you handle this?
