Booking the business space which is sold out

Your Manager must go to an uncalendared morning meeting in Central Delhi. He called you

at late evening expressing he needs a business space to be reserved in his favoured Hotel

with Presentation Equipment’s and so on and furthermore to arrange a working lunch. You

call up the Hotel and realise it’s sold out, in what manner will you get this done?
