Book sleeve

What is the term meaning a protective sleeve for book, which looks like an empty box (unsually made of thick paper) with an open side to take out/put away a book?

Thank you for your answer, but I know what a dust jacket means and unfortunately I think it's not what I'd like to know here. I guess the word might be a hardcover sleeve or hardcover book sleeve, but I am not sure whether it is right or whether another more suitable word exists. It is just a totally separate case from which you can take out or put away your book while
