I've googled this word and I've seen this knife, it looks like a kitchen knife. Can anyone tell me what is it used for and why is it called boning. You don't have to go into etimology, I just need to know the function of this knife, is it sth special or just an ordinary knife? Thanks

Hello again! Well, it's a sharp kitchen knife, used to separate flesh from bones (hence the name), used by killers to maim their victims?
