Hi, Nieither of these is a standard idiom. I'm not sure what is meant. 'To pick at a bone' means to try to get the last few pieces of meat off it .

Maybe one of these:
"she was worn to the bone" - it means someone very exhausted from a lot of hard work.
"work ones fingers to the bone " - same as above
I don't want to pick a bone with you over .. - I don't want to argue with you over something (usually a small thing)
bone of contention - something people argue over for a long time and can never agree on.

Or, "I worked my fingers to the bone" meaning I worked very, very hard and long.

There's also "I have a bone to pick with you," which means I'm angry about something you did.

Fight to the bone - might be a strange version of "Fight to the death." but I've never heard it before.

And to "pick at a bone" - might be a strange translation of "I've got a bone to pick with you"...
OR maybe to annoy..

I think these might be errors in translation. Where did you see/read them?

I'd be unable to. This is nonsense.

I've got a bone to pick with you means you have something serious to discuss.
I always thought fight to the bone went back to sword fighting days.
