Body parts or Parts of the body

Hi there
This is a great doubt I have to consider every time I have to translate Portuguese to English...
I really don't know the rules for that. Can you help me?

You can use either, body parts or parts of the body. If you were learning the different names for body parts then I would title the lesson parts or the body. If you were reading a newpaper where a body has be dismembered (cut up) they wold use body parts.

  • If it is a generic thing I would use parts of the body and talking about specific parts/parts of one body then I would use body parts.
