Body language & hand gestures

Italians are quite famous -- at least, I think! -- for accompanying their words with hand gestures.

Here are some examples:

(drawings by A. Cassano)
Funny, aren't they? Emotion: big smile

I know some gestures mean different things/concepts in different countries.
How about your country?

Would some of these hand gestures be considered rude/offensive?
(Beware ... these are rude here: in the first image, the third in the third row; in the second image: the very first and the very last gesture; in the third image, the second in the third row)

Hi Fandorin,

I hope you enjoyed it, although I am not quite sure what this means:

Looks like a sign language to me.LOL
Is it true that they always use the same gesture for the same expression ? Or the gesture just flows naturally ?
