Bock (related to rugby)

Hello, I have read on some magazine (and extract, on TV) the word "bock".

I can't remember the exact sentence, but it was talking about Rugby (sport), and very likely about The New Zealand team.

May it be a way to refer to New Zealand team players?

I know the word "bock" also refers to a type of beer, a black one I believe.

Maybe, as New Zealand national team wears in black (in fact they are also called " old blacks", right?), they related to that beer?

Thank you so much in advance.

Regards

Thank you very much JhonParis,

what a clear and broad information.

I had looked up at Google, but I just found the information related to that type of beer, since I believed I had read "bock" instead of "bok".

Good information since I like sports very much. Big, big mistake of mine, to call the New Zealnd rugby team "old blacks"!!!. Although I must say I never thought it
