Blowing to their advantage

I read this online.
Is it correct to say “decision of which” and “not the least of those is or are?

There are many factors on a field which may influence a team’s decision of which end to defend. Not the least of those factors is wind.

Are any of these correct?

The wind is blowing to the home teams advantage. / The wind is blowing in favor of the home team.

Thanks
