By blowing in/pumping of air, by/via the process of continuous oxidation, the smaller part of oxygen reacts with bitumen and remains tied/connected/linked in it. The biggest part of oxygen goes away/disappears in the form of water vapor and CO2, with/accompanied by waste gases. The gases from the top of the reactor are taken to a separator where they are separated from oily waters. Dry gases are taken into/go to the incinerator to remove noxious fumes, and oily waters go to/are taken to the waste waters processing system.
