Blow you away

- My uncle was recognized to be the best chef in the word in 3 consecutive years by other veteran chefs around the world. All the dishes he cooks can absolutely blow you away.

- Do these sentences sound natural?

Hi Namsteven, These look great, but I would make some small changes. You're reiterating the phrase "the world" and by adding the would can in the second sentence, it deflates the emphasis. Take it out and it sounds much more appealing and doable that your uncle blows people away.
