Blood pressure related terms

Hi,

"Normal systolic blood pressure is usually said to be around 120, measured in millimeters of mercury."
  • How would you pronounce 120 here, "one hundred twenty" or just "one twenty"?
"Individuals with diastolic blood pressure under 70 mm mercury coupled with an
elevated systolic blood pressure may have a greater risk of heart attack."

  • How would you pronounce "...under 70 mm mercury..."? -> "under seventy millimeter(s) OF mercury..."
Thank you!
