"Blood In Blood Out" - difficult dialogue

A friend asked me to transcribe a short fragment of the film "Blood In Blood Out". I've been struggling because the characters speak with very strong accents, using prison slang. If you can spare some time and proofread the fragment for me, the film is available here (approx. 7 MB):

And here's my attempt at transcribing it (I'm particularly uncertain about the terms in **):
Popeye: Hey, my plan is you join our business to share profits. I like it, ese.
Miklo: I don't.
(Where are you going, ese?)
Popeye: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hold this, hey, I'm sorry, hey, hey, mira, looka, it's about that little debt, you know.
Miklo: Not so little.
Popeye: Hey, I'm talking next week, homes , I got my parole, you know, I need my cash for the streets. It's hard to get set up out there you know.
Miklo: You gotta pay part of it.
Popeye: *Yeah sounds OK*. I can do better than that. I'll put you on the council. You can be one of the seven. Montana's been wanting you in. He needs my vote. Erase my debt and you're in.
Miklo: OK, Popeye. There'll be a blank space next to your name in my book. I'll keep it up here, in my memory.
Popeye Orale carnal. I'll be tiding good when you get out. Whatever you want, just ask.
