BLOOD CIRCULATION / CIRCULATING

Could you say both?

1 My blood is circulating very fast because of the running I've done.
2 My blood circulation is going very fast because of the running I've done.

Question? Do you know why this is, I'm not sure this all has to do with blood circulation???
  • Is it true that if you've been excersing and want to go to sleep straight after, that you can't sleep because your blood is circulating very fast.
  • Is it blood circulation that keeps you warm when exercising, and how come when you stop, you put on something warm to not/not to catch cold?
  • Why do parents ask their kids not to get all excited and not jump around before bed then?
Thank you

As far as the first two sentences are concerned, I think we're dealing with heartbeat rather than circulation. Haven't we seen these questions before? They sure look familiar.
