Blew up my anxiety

Hello,

I'm not sure if I heard correctly, does blow up mean relieve.
After getting phone calls from the company, I totally blew up my anxiety.

Thank you in advance.

Regards could you please say what does mean blow up anxiety or perhaps blow off anxiety? I'm not sure but I heard on radio?

Thank you.

I think the correct phrasal verb is to ''blow out'' and '' to blow out anxiety'' ,probably means to end anxiety. Therefore, blow up or off are wrong in this context.
