Can I use blessed instead of happy in the following sentences:

I am blessed to meet you.
I am blessed to speak with you.

I wouldn't think it too odd to hear the third sentence, the suggestion being that *** has been kind enough to supply you with such a nice friend. However, this reflects the religious customs of the area where I live (south-eastern part of the US), and might be thought odd in other parts of the English speaking world. It would represent a slight change of meaning, as blessed and

Though iam not an expert in english , but the word blessed is usually used when you are referring to ***. The third sentence of your's is "
iam blessed to have a friend like you" , this seems correct as you are telling him that it is ***'s blessimg that i've you in my life. But about the other sentences i would say it's better to use the wors HAPPY
