blended rightness

What does "blended rightness" mean? Does it mean "a combination of rightness"?

What strikes me, in turn, about Whiteread’s installation – effectively an ‘inverse library’ on a slightly raised concrete dais – is the way its neat shoebox proportions (it measures ten by seven metres and is nearly four metres high), its material and colouring (a kind of off-white concrete), and its location towards the western end of Juden Platz, together propose a reassuring sense of ‘blended rightness’.
