Hi, I found this example, Does the meaning here of "Blend" has the right meaning for the word in my text?
The old and new buildings blend together perfectly.

I'd say it's borderline "right."

"Old" and "new" are on equal footing in the "buildings" image. There may or may not be equal numbers of both.

But "Mormons" describes a relatively small group compared to the whole of society.

I don't mean this comparison as a criticism, but my mind is a blank:
