In fact, the car rental agency kept the contact information of these tourists who involved in the hit-and-run. Considering the small amount of damage, the troubles of trans-national contact and different languages, the owner didn’t reach the offending driver who didn’t show up in order to avoid paying compensation. However, the owner didn’t wish to lose for nothing anymore, so he posted an announcement on the office website, hoping that Taiwanese tourists don’t to be blemished travelers.
