I know that "bleeding-heart" is basically an adjective that describe individuals. For example: "a bleeding-heart liberal". But about "bleeding-heart answer", is it mean that the answer arise audiences' sympathy toward the subject? and what if the answer has nothing to do with any kind of emotions?
