Blair to be drummed out ?

Rather nice misspeak on the steam wireless this morning by a terribly out-of-her-depth SNP(1) MSP(2), venting her spleen about Mr Blair and the American War:
"... and if he doesn't apologise for lying to the nation he will reap the percussions."
For noncognoscenti:
(1) Scottish National Party
(2) Member of the Scottish Parliament
Philip Eden

Neither. However, there aren't names for all the different sorts of mistakes. We've never had a good word for the mangled phrases like "intensive purposes" and "hare's breath" and this is closer
