Blackhead, in the context

The sentence is:

I've heard so weird stories about you. I had to be sure you were still compos mentis, you blackhead!

What's the meaning of blackhead (or black head) here?
I thought that a blackhead was a skin lesion or some kind of bird. Could it be American English slang or colloquial for idiot moron, jackass?

It could be a mistake for "bl o ckhead"? "so weird stories" is also wrong (should be "such weird stories").

Thanks, GPY.
You're right. The guy who said the sentence in the movie had a cigarette on his lips and he didn't pronounce the words clearly. They must be "such weird stories" and "blockhead", meaning dumbass, dunce. Thanks again.
