Black accent

What's the accent called that most black people in the United States have? I know this is a sterotype and I might sound a little bit racist right now. But I do find a lot of black guys in the States sound quite urban and difficult to understand. So I want to know what that accent is called and maybe learn more about it so that I'll understand it better.

Is it called the south draw or southern straw? Or simply south accent? urban accent? Black accent? Niger accent?

Yeah, I just searched "African American accent" on YouTube, and the first thing popped up was "Speak Ghetto". Guess this is the term I'm trying to find. Maybe I can precisely call it a Ghetto accent without sounding racist, can't I?

No. I would not do that if I were you.
