Bizarre expression

Has anybody heard of the expression "more on the street?"
I heard it from a TV show in which a conversation went down as follows:
A:"I have this uncanny sense that his house didn't burn down accidentally."
B."More on the street is that you lit the match so you could pin it on me."

What's that "more on the street" supposed to mean here?
I've googled it but no exact match turn up.

I guess that was it; probably a typo in the substitles.
But, I want to know if there's any formal expression that is equivalent in meaning to it?
