It's a friend's quirky comment which I can't explain.

It's a bit of a joke.There's an expression, "Birthdays are good for you. Statistics show, those you have the most birthdays live the longest." It's true and supposed to be funny. It's sometimes written as "Birthdays are good for you. The more (birthdays) you have the longer you live."
