Birthday congrats

Hello, natives!

Writing a birthday card to one import person.

Want to write smth like this:

"Congratulation with a 35-anniversary!...well, 37 tops ;-)"

Should I use 37th instead of just 37?

Thanks a lot in advance!

P.S: the guy is actually turning 49, but looks really no older than 35))

Thanks, the rest is ok?

Congratulations with a 35th birtday!...well 37th tops ;-)

Does it look right?

When we congratulate someone on their anniversary, we usually mean their wedding anniversary.

When we talk about the anniversary of your birth, we just say 'your birthday'.

"Congratulations on your 35th birthday! ... Well, 37th tops ;-)"
