* Whose cell phone/hand phone is this?

- It's mine / It's Mary's / It's Tom's and Jim's.

* When is your birthday?

- It's on September, twenty-first/twenty-second/twenty-third/twenty-fourth/thirtieth/thirtieth-first.

Please help me correct the sentences above. Thanks very much to all Teachers.

I agree with CP. Yet I wouldn't put a comma after September (in this case).
