it is obvious that the birth rates in Switzerland witnessed an increase while the number of people dying gradually declined every decade. Overall, the proportion of natality to mortality reachs approximately fourfold in 2020.
As per the information, the number of the baby was born just about 1.2 million and flattened out in the next ten years. in general, the birth rate is higher than the death rate, it was no longer happened in 1980. in this year, the was 1.3million deaths while the births only 1.2 million.
on the other hand, in term of births, there was a dramatical increase from 1.7 to 2.7 million. While the rise of fertility continued, the mortality gradually decrease from 1990 to 2020
