Bio for our website

Hi,

This is the second bio that I need to post on our website, and just want to make sure that everything is written appropriately. Thanks for any advice, it really is appreciated!

In his role as Controller, Arthur oversees Trinity Global School's accounting department and financial statements. By maintaining a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, Arthur ensures that the school operates within the framework of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP) and complies with Not-for-profit accounting regulations. Aside from his normal day-to-day accounting functions, Arthur works closely with the TGS Director of Admissions to process and evaluate each student's scholarship application and calculate if any scholarship award should be given.

Arthur brings over 30 years of background in accounting and finance to his role as Controller. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, and recently completed his Master in International Finance at Fairleigh Dickson University.

Arthur was born in Israel, but has lived in the United States for most of his life. He was brought up in a musical family, and enjoys playing his guitar, piano and violin during his spare time. Between his own three active children and the students and families at TGS, Arthur feels fulfilled and lucky in both his family and work experiences.
