Bill Palmer's Google archives disappearing

Has anyone noticed that Bill Palmer's Google archives are disappearing at a rather rapid rate?
If you Google on "palmer.william" (Email Removed) net there are only 325 posts remaining. His posts under his earlier nicks are slowly reducing in numbers as well. Is he going into hiding and dragging his "gems" with him?
He has been posting into alt.test recently, looks like he might be about to change his nick to something new. I wonder how long it will take to get rid of all the posts, one at a time? I guess we will find out. It would be easier to just get Google to delate them "en masse" rather than going into a tedious, one at a time, routine.

Is that possible? I know there are these people who either stop their posts being archived or delete them from archives later. What reasons are there for this behaviour?

I don't know about the mechanics of all this, but I can't believe that Bill Palmer, of all people, would ever delete anything of his from a Usenet archive.

Posts being archived on tens of thousands of privately owned servers has little to do with the Google archives.

No, we are using them different ways.
I searched, not for references to Bill Palmer, but for posts sent by him under the address that he has been using for the past few months

I am aware that there are many thousands of references to Bill Palmer, (although many are not him, there are some "nicer" Bill P

Once again I must apologise for double posting. This time it wasn't my daughter, it was one of my managers who changed settings and didn't change them back. I will have to start hiding my notebook, everyone in the office disappears with it, either that or remember to check the newsreader settings eveytime I use the computer. With a memory like mine, I think that it is easier to blame someone else.

By the way, there is no need to say "Google archives," since just about everyone in Usenet knows what the Google Nova is.
Anyway, you would have to ask Dr. Chudov about something like that. I refuse to worry about such things, because it is far too big a mathematical question for anyon
