big talker

Hi,

I have a quesiton about this word, "big talker", does it mean a person who talks a lot ?

Thanks for your help.

Sucre: He was acting kind of weird when we lined up for final count. He was sweating, you know? But he's not a big talker anyway, so I didn't think much of it. Middle of the night, I, I get up, and there he is, face down on the floor.
