It is often argued that high wage gives more advantages to choose a career than job satisfaction, even if it does not intrigues you. I completely disagree with this opinion and I believe that job satisfaction is incredibly important than salary.

It is undeniable that a sense of fulfillment at work contributes a significant influence to career growth. When an employee feels pleasured to do what they pursue for a job, it will bring to them powerful and positive energies to accomplish it superiorly. While someone earning a high salary, but feels tensed and falls into lots of depression, they will not enjoy that job and definitely will quit quickly. For instance, a ton of researchers in the world keep up with their roles researching academic issues in society with low income because they are passionate about science.

Along the benefits of having a sense of fulfillment, job satisfaction is a major factor to motivate and inspire people to grow and flourish their career. Any professional job obviously associated with many hardships requires infinite patience to keep moving forward. Therefore, working in inspirational atmosphere will lead to career development than high salary job without inspiration in there. A personal example would be the fact that I have experienced 3 jobs for 10 years, two well-paid job and the other one having substantially mental and physical care given motivation to employee. I recognized that when I have motivation to work, I can overcome the difficulties to acquire immense achievement, even without big salary.

In conclusion, I strongly believe job satisfaction is more favourable than big salary. We can thrive our objective on our career.

Some school of thought has it that high wage is more advantageous than job fulfilment. They argue due to the fact it promotes financial freedom for employees. On the contrary, I agree that joy fulfilment is more beneficial because of encourages career advancement and workers happiness.

Irrefutably, the sole aim why employees take up a job is to attain financial stability. High income ensures that expenses and wants of workers is covered. It is a known fact that people resign from their workplace instantly when presented with the opportunity of a higher paid job because it ensures more saving and gives room for a comfortable and enjoyable life. For example high wage earners are more professional, dedicated and goal oriented in order to maximise the benefits attached to the job. Individuals who are motivated financially can acquire immense achievement.

Nevertheless, one significant reason why I agree that job satisfaction is more beneficial is that it encourages career growth. Working in ones field of choice promotes fulfilment. Self fulfilled workers are psychologically and mentally balanced and can excel greatly in their area of specialization. Working in an atmosphere that is conducive and encouraging improves ones career success and ensure the profession apex is reached. For instance, applying my professional experience in my engineering career, I have been able to acquire some certificates and on the pursuit for more due to gratification level derived. Another major advantage is that workers derive true happiness when doing their heart chosen job. The act of prospering comes with a sense of satisfaction. Some jobs despite the amount of salary attached, if not ones calling and passion leads to frustration, anxiety and mental breakdown.

In conclusion, although big salary provide financial freedom, job satisfaction promotes career development and staffs happiness, which I agreed is more favourable.
