Big or much

Which is natural please?

I've never seen someone in that big a hurry/that much of a hurry.

Thanks

In AmE, both are found, though "that much of a hurry" is considerably more prevalent. In BrE, "that big a hurry" is hardly used at all according to my frequency chart, but I hear it said quite often! JohnS
