Big fish taste better wild.

Choosing between farmed and wild fish may be the most complicated food decision you make. Even experts in the area say it's not easy to make perfect decisions. Big fish, such as salmon, taste better wild, because they eat krill and smaller fish, not soy meal and food coloring.

How can I understand this sentence?? I don't understand " taste better wild ".

Pls help me.

Thanks
