Hi there. I always hear that people say "it's no big deal" but I occasionally happened to hear that someone also said and I quote "It's not a big deal" or "It's not big a deal" so I was wondering if you guys could tell me which is the right one and in case there are more than one answer which one use the most ?......................thanks.

***PS. Just so you know, I am not good at Englsih so I also want you to correct my writing above if there is something wrong .****

As an American, I hear both "It's no big deal" and "It's not a big deal" frequently. They seem interchangeable. I think you may be mis-hearing "It's not big a deal," because that is neither grammatical nor idiomatic.
