Hello everyone. Are the following sentences correct and natural?

1. Amir goes horse riding every weekend as a hobby.

2. Javad goes bicycle riding on the weekend as his hobby.

3. Mina does bicycle riding as her hobby on the weekend.

'Cycling' is more natural than 'bicycle riding in BrE. People who actually do it speak of 'riding' rather than 'horse tiding'.

Hobbies are things like collecting things or making things or being an amateur scientist.

That's a difference with American English. In British English, it's just horse riding or riding.

The "bicycle riding" wording is not common. It's also wordy. Consider what fivejedjohn mentioned. Cycling is a better choice.
