"beyond the project time"

Hell,

I need some help again with a good phrase:

when something will be continued over a defined project time and you want to mention it in a report

In this case according to our project tasks we established an internet portal and in the final report I would like to pronounce that we ensure the continuation of the work even beyond the project time.

I can´t find a good phrase, maybe it is very simple, but I would be thankful for some help.

Sorry, do you mean to continue indefinitely? When you say this is your final report, it sounds like the "project" is over. When you speak of the work continuing even though the internet portal closes, does that mean you're making arrangements to keep the portal open, or is it a different sort of work which will be continuing?

I apologize for not getting back to you - having major car problems. I've looked at this a few times and not had an inspiration. My first thought was "to extend," but that implies a temporary situation rather than the permant arrangement you seek.

It would be helpful if you could frame the situation as you see it. If you were to write the announcement - at least the complete se
